Dr Ahsan Qaisar is a GMC-registered medical doctor with NHS experience in neurosurgery and a range of medical specialities. As Co-founder and Clinical Lead of aekho, he oversees the clinic’s standards of care, with a focus on patient safety and personalised treatment. He trained in facial aesthetics in Glasgow.

His approach centres on subtle, natural-looking results. Every consultation begins with listening: understanding your goals, explaining your options and offering clear, honest advice.

Dr Nyle Qaisar is a co-founder of aekho and works here as an aesthetic practitioner. She holds provisional GMC registration and does not provide services at aekho as a registered medical practitioner, nor does she carry out prescribing.

She has completed dedicated foundation training in non-surgical aesthetics and takes a careful, patient-centred approach focused on subtle results, facial balance and informed decision-making. Her work with aekho is entirely separate from her NHS Foundation Year 1 doctor role.
